Integrated Care Concepts and Consultation is a dynamic behavioral health practice that uses innovative treatment concepts to provide integrated care solutions for individuals, families, professionals, agencies, and communities. We are especially proud of our work performing family therapy, marriage/couples counseling, and our work as a specialty practice treating high-risk adolescents and adults. Our mission statement is to provide superior quality humanistic, behavioral health care to motivate clientele by using techniques grounded in sound theoretical, evidence-based methods. ICCC’s intentions are to utilize the strengths of a person, or system, to promote their competency and optimal performance. Innovative treatment concepts used by ICCC are interventions and technology employed at the “point of performance” while honoring the whole person or system. All treatment interventions are a blend of holistic and traditional behavioral health care approaches as invited by the unique needs of that individual or system. ICCC is mindful in understanding the experience of the client and in working respectfully and collaboratively with the individual, or system, in co-creating their unique plan of care. Integrated care solutions occur when the client internalizes the benefits of behavioral changes, is inspired to actualize them in their own practice, and ultimately apply these changes to their daily functioning.
